Women's Circle - One Day Retreat (Amsterdam)

A women's circle is a space of trust, in which we can melt, be vulnerable and explore layers of ourselves that we may not otherwise. When women come together in a loving, supportive way: magic happens. And I love facilitating this. I love holding space for women. I love watching the magic unfold. Of you getting to know yourself a bit better, loving yourself a bit more, and connecting with other women. Seeing other women and being seen, just the way you are. 

What may you expect of this day? 

Sharing with women, guided meditation, connecting with yourself and the women in the circle, and moving from the wisdom of your body to beautiful music. You may allow yourself to let go of your responsibilities and just think of you while I hold space for you all day, assisted by Merel Cornet.

The overarching theme of the day is connection. With yourself. And with other women. Guided meditation will take you into your womb space. We will take a compassionate look within and explore our inner unknown. We look at what may be released as well as what we would like to draw into our lives. We will also move and dance, allowing the wisdom of your body to express itself. We’ll have sharings and genuine listening. Observing. Growing. Connecting. 

You will walk out feeling more alive, more connected and with new understanding of yourself.
